Iota is great for gambling and faucets, zero transaction fees, means there’s no such thing as dust, even the smallest denomination can be used.
Unfortunately the 3rd developer api support is non existent, you literally have to copy and paste the trinity source code and talk to the tangle manually. Thus hardly anyone is developing for it, but doesn’t stop people posting the inane iota will help the fridge pay my dishwasher use cases
