Anyone remember Mota Group? That shitty drone company? My parents dropped 100k on convertable notes back in 2016. Mota imploded and didn't pay interest or principle. Then my parents started a lawsuit in 2018 and the piece of shit of lawyer ran them up another 100k.

Don't know. As far as I can find, they were applying for an IPO a few years back but because of either lying or misrepresenting their numbers, they got fined like $10,000. They withdrew their their IPO late 2018
