chainlink just left the meme stage and just showed that its the real deal. the two blogpost posted just show that the project is solid and that competition should be VERY AFRAID. sergey is niot launching with fireworks and announcement of announcements, he is betting on trust and reliability. the goal of this mainnet is to show that they can be trusted and have a bulletproof product. there will be 21 node operators but for now only 3 have been launched on the 30th of may (mainnet day), 1 chainlink team node 1 linkpool node 1 fiews node
soon we will get a stream of other oracle providers announcing their node going live, and when they will add new apis, we will also get new announcements, pretty convinced the new apis added will be strategic to the partners they have, so they won't pick a random api. this will slowly create credibility and will get bigger players attention.
About the cost of transactions it's an issue that is right now being solved and have been addressed in this blogpost:
the threshold signatures will allow for cheap transacton costs when calling multiple nodes.
chainlink has officially left the meme stage. we are now officially the most serious project on the blockchain since ETH
We will continue to see rollouts and adoption take place as chainlink is a serious project that doesn't want or need hype. Comfy af. Ground floor here bitches. Average price .23c
This is not a drill! LINK's javascript has been hacked and now all the nodes are being affected, meaning they will go offline one by one.
But here's the real trick; every node that goes offline first has to be validated by other nodes, Thus the first node won't go offline until EVERY SINGLE NODE has verified it actually has gone offline
LINK will be in an infinite javascript loop. Maybe if you're a programmer you will recognize FOR and WHILE loops. Well.. This is a FOR loop that NEVER ends.
The price will TANK to at least 50 satoshi Maybe even lower when the nodes are actually verified being offline.
Sergey is now busy setting up extra nodes to undo this process. Called contra-hacking. He has injected some GO-language code, pseudo-offline code, into the ChainLink network. This means nodes will appear the be online, while they are struggling to go offline, but in the meantime they cant because it isn't verified yet. Neat trick if you ask me, but it wont last long before the other nodes will know whats really going on. Get into something else now
threshold signatures are a meme until they aren't. Same with everything else. I agree with your sentiment but the team needs to start showing what the fuck sergey has been doing for 2 years. 3 nodes, two of them come from the community. one contract and 3 data sources. That's what we have right now. I understand we are literally at ground zero and this is a basic mvp showing aggregation but I hope things start rolling a bit quicker than adding 4 data sources and 18 nodes over a couple of months. we need more contracts, more nodes, more listing services, more data sources and more businesses showing interest in using the network.

>chainlink has officially left the meme stage. we are now officially the most serious project on the blockchain since ETH
This, its like sergey doesnt have any ambition and just thinks that things will roll in to its place

All the shit from place 2 to on CMC and beyond ? Everything is litteraly the same shit, trying to squeeze some shekels out of people stupid enough not to buy Bitcoin.
Sebastian Evans
>the team needs to start showing what the fuck sergey has been doing for 2 years.
32 million dollar ico and we get a circle ping session between 3 nodes 2 years later.

Everyone sperging over a dip in price (that's actually a correction) during a mainnet launch and a btc dip and I'm just sat here, still hugely in profit from my 20c buy in, watching Sergey show how this project is anything but vapour ware.
I know you bought in because you were convinced that this Partnered with Microsoft, Swift, Salesforce, etc, and you probably think it’s pretty disappointing that Mainnet is just 3 nodes reading CMC prices...but trust me, this is so unimaginably bullish. I’m definitely buying more at this bargain price. Threshold signatures.
If you don’t understand this, you are low IQ. Threshold signatures. Forget about the partnerships, just keep holding.
Sebastian Jenkins
If you don’t hold, you have low IQ and need to have sex with threshold signatures. Brainlet.
Elijah Thomas
So much this! Taking profits is literally brainlet tier. Link Marines go down with the ship. IM NEVER SELLING. Threshold Signature, if only you understood how bullish.
Thomas Butler
Could you give a brainlet a run down on threshold signatures and why its bullish?
Because of the signatures on the threshold. If you don’t understand, you’re low IQ. Don’t ever sell. Even if all your profit is gone, that’s the best time told hold!
Camden Jackson
So much this! *squeees* Chainlink awooooooo! If serbae writes "the narwhal bacons at midnight" in his next blogpost he is a confirmed memecommander and I will all in.
Jaxon Davis
"most serious" are you fucking kidding me? that "mainnet launch" was a joke and i unironically burst out in laughter because everyone was expecting and hyping so much and this is what you got kek.
> no separate mainnent, but on ethereum > no partnership announcements > no progress > no nothing
LINK obviously is years behind with its development and it confirms my previous gut feeling that Sergey and his team isn't eager/strong enough to hold up in this aggressive market. They seriously should speed up or they're history before dawn.
Jeremiah Lopez
No! Don’t say that! Sergey has a long history of great success! Ever heard of CryptoEmail? What about NXT? Both of them have websites. He is very successful. Threshold signatures.
Jeremiah Morris
Can you believe someone sold 2M Link yesterday and only made $1.4 M profit in 6 months! Kek! He didn’t see the 7777777 Kek post I guess! He could have been a billionaire. Thank god we’re high IQ, right? Don’t sell now! It’s gonna be $1000!

Absolute retard
> no separate mainnent, but on ethereum As it always was supposed to be
> no partnership announcements This was a mainnet go live date, not a partnership announcements date
> no progress > no nothing Only went live on mainnet, released publicly the security assesments, gave details about pricing & running a node & roadmap.

>Everything is litteraly the same shit, trying to squeeze some shekels out of people stupid enough not to buy Bitcoin. i keep saying this. there's only 5 coins you will ever need from a longterm perspective and a money making perspective:
1. btc 2. link 3. xmr 4. xrp (LOL srsly) 5. eth (LOL, barely srsly)
+ maybe one other like EOS, bsv, ltc, dunno. proably not tho.
