Good thing most of the circulating RLC is fairly distributed. No one can do a sybil attack on it and no KYC is required, unlike LINK. Also, no one can agree to do a sybil attack with PoCo because they would lose everything in the process.
KYC definitely curtails the possibility of a sybil attack, but you're giving up your privacy in doing so. That is the major downfall of LINK, and why it will ultimately fail.
RLC is the last ETH-level moonshot in crypto.
