they are already implementing the tsigs? can you explain please?

i wanted to pump link's price so i made a github account and used the "pull" function to make it seem others are using link
this threshold signature cope is the dumbest thing in link ever.
Yes it's a cool implementation detail if you're a crypto autist, but otherwise it's an irrelevant implementation details that doesn't change anything.
Imagine link gets threshold signatures tomorrow. What changes? Data providing uses less gas on ethereum. That's it.
The real problem is that they have to use kyc for sybil resistance. That destroys the whole point of decentralized network.
Fuck i laughed hard
The fuck is she doing, does she want her child to be a MANIAC???

I know you're trying to swing your tiny stack, but for any brainlets reading this - this is a big deal because it completely circumvents limitations imposed by ETH network / Gas fees on high frequency oracle requests.
Also KYC fud is have sex tier. Fuck off back to discord incel.
>this is a big deal because it completely circumvents limitations imposed by ETH network / Gas fees on high frequency oracle requests.
no it doesn't, it means verifying signatures from two nodes responding to the same request has the same cost as verifying signatures from 30 nodes.
It has literally nothing to do with frequency of requests.
>Also KYC fud is have sex tier.
cope
>SideJam
>marmalade
Coincidence? I think not.
I don't see why KYC is fud...in the beginning when the network is establishing itself, KYC is vital so that the network isn't compromised before even having a chance to mature. Also KYC is not mandatory, even if it was mandatory, KYC doesn't mean the system cannot be decentralized. Can anyone imagine launching a brand new piece of technology that can completely revamp the fintech world without KYC? The network would be easily compromised.
What? It says that a cost of 3000$ would be 2$, 1500x CHEAPER. YOU HAD 2 YEARS JUST STOP
>putting money into crypto
>not understanding cryptography
Why are you spoonfeeding brainlets and nulinkers? We don’t need them. Let them sell.
read the article again and again until you understand it
It’s pretty smart step honestly. You know your core node ops are real people and they won’t mind a KYC for first mover advantage.
Once the network is mature, robust and diverse the ability for a bad actor to influence the network drops substantially.
Sybil attacks.
This phrase kills the stinky linkies.
jokes on you I made 40 stinky linkies swinging today
that'll be 400k in a few years
>Our current best threshold signature scheme (described in this post) requires about 15k gas to confirm[7]. This means, for instance, that the $3,000 data point I mentioned earlier would only cost about $2, a 1,500-fold savings (and at current gas/ETH prices, the cost would be a bit over one cent, vs about $17 for validation of a 2,000-strong quorum, using the current framework.)
??????????????????????????????????
Pic related. This is what a Sybil attack is nulinkers
Ironic.
Wew lad.
have sex incel
read it for the third time
>So if you wanted confirmations from 2,000 participants, that might have cost over $3,000 on those days!
Exactly my point, what is more important though is we know that aggregation actually works and as more features of the Chainlink ecosystem are implemented the more the system will mature. Chainlink was always meant to be a long term hold, seeing the blog post wasn't filled with much bmw much microsoft shilling was a breath of fresh air.
MY FUCKING GOD! THIS EARLY? I thought this would take atleast a year! FFS this is amazing news
