I thought women were supposed to be the compassionate sex?
This is weird, sounds like she's not telling the whole story. For her to be so nonchalant and "He just wasn't performing" about this, "Our whole mgmt team has noticed this"... she clearly was trying to get this guy pushed out
but also this probably never even happened, Redditors make stuff up for uboat karma because they're fucking faggots
utterly meaningless baseless stereotype that is of no use to anyone and reflects none of the happenings in the world
I remember seeing an article about a lady donating a kidney to her boss, and her boss firing her when she couldn't recover fast enough. The only person you can rely for your livelihood is truly yourself, and the less middle men you have between the product of your labor and the end customer the better.
>we fired him right after his dad died
>he got upset and i thought this was extremely rude

I'm actually not sure how to feel about this one
He had a full month to grieve, then came back for a few weeks with significantly worse performance. I feel like that was enough time to expect regular performance again even after such a loss
Now if they didn't give him several warnings first to get back on track (I assume they did), then they'd be assholes....personally, based on his past great work I would have given him 2 or 3 months back at work to get it together before considering firing him
You're thinking about the car sales woman right? That roastie probably donated a kidney just so she could later sue the dealership. Probably got a 7 figure settlement.
Vicious kike lie, just like the lie that goes "women are emotionally superior and men are emotionally stunted"
