I'm the same, the more you expose yourself the easier it gets. You gotta have a certain way of thinking about appearing in public. Like what's the worst that could happen? It's ok to be a failure, just be confident in yourself, nobody will really hurt you and it doesn't matter what they think as most will forget and never see you again.
