Land prices by country/region?

I live in the UK at the moment, and land prices are fucking unjust.
Is land in other countries ie france any better?
Also how do I even buy land?

Don't British people have enough land?

why are people obsessed with land? unless you plan on developing it, its just deadweight on an investment portfolio that costs money every year and has potential legal liability.

why wouldnt you take the same money and put a down payment on a NNN-leased commercial space or apartment building, that generates cash and has better potential to be leveraged onto an even nicer rural residence?

why is everyone so complacent with mediocrity?

K. Enjoy your niggers.

France is probably the worst country to buy land. If you want cheap land I think you'll have to look into eastern yurop.

My Lord, the colonists in the New World have founded a new nation called the United States and i hear they have cheap land there and freedom from taxation without representation.

do english people actually BUY the land or just a 99 years concession ?

Ive looked into it, plan on doing a Varg, UK is ridiculous, some areas of France are rly cheap as it's a far bigger country, east europe it mad, in Hungary for example you can get a 4 bedroom house in a small village with all amenities for about 40k there is even land or tint houses for 3k if you look for them

holy fuck some day even you will understand

understand what? can someone please spell out what it is that im not getting? why am i wrong?

i agree but i need land to live on it

why?

all land belongs to the queen, but i think the registered keeper can pass it on for generations as "his land"

yeah i've always wanted to do the same thing but now im seriously considering it

>its just deadweight on an investment portfolio that costs money every year
This isn’t the USA, we don’t have to pay the government every year for land we already own

The only real cost of land is the opportunity cost of other investments

This is because the Jews give stolen tax-money in the form of welfare to every negro that sets foot in your country.

what makes an empty piece of land more attractive to buy than an income generating property? you can live in/on both in an emergency, while the building is definitely safer.

wouldn't you rather have a reliable cash flow before 'roughing it' in the wilderness?

You really don't see the value of virgin land? Are you a retard?

I've given a number of arguments to support my point. All I've been met with is being called a retard and being told that, one day, I will understand. Just be specific and spell out your reasoning.

Does non-arable land out in the middle of the midwest USA have any value to anyone? Would you rather go and buy an arbitrary plot of it for $100,000 because of "the value of virgin land", or put that $100,000 on a down payment for a property in a populated and desirable area, with proven use? What is your long term goal with this land? I don't understand it.

Confirmed retard. End of discussion.

I understand that people have personal investment preferences, but maybe it will help if I rephrase: is there a logical reason, that I am not seeing, to using an amount of money to buy empty land instead of other property?

>Why

Very large amounts of taxes that you have to pay even if the land is non-constructible.

Yes

Different strokes for different folks

Lol this isn’t the USA we don’t have to pay government for land we already own

Truly the land of the free

Do you have a lot of money and a lot of land?

>reliable cash flow
from what?
>muh job!
i havent got time for a job, im too busy tending to my shack, and stealing potatoes from neighbouring farms

cant pay tax if i have no income other than the vegetables that grow in my garden. simple as.

Cash flow from income generating properties.. haven't you ever looked at loopnet or bizbuysell?

>become a feudal lord
user, those are the people on my list. of course im not going to kill myself.

>most businesses have no interest in the time-consuming and risky business of owning and operating commercial real estae
>providing a service is being a feudal lord
>you: i am a loser and the only way i can feel satisfied with my life is by exiting society
>everyone else must die
>reeeeEEEEEE!

I saw a piece of forest in france for 500 fucking euros today. I couldnt believe it, so i checked and its legit. its not very big, but its a fucking forest in france.

Because it's the true deflationary asset
20 square meters is the equivalent of one BTC
there will be only more niggers and only limited amount of available land

Ah ok. I think I understand now. Thank you for explaining to me! Has the average price of land near you historically beaten inflation, or a stock market index?
