you must be new. we don't use bitcoin user, we just buy and sell in on exchanges. pretty much everything else is better for moving money though. xlm is my go too if I want to move between exchanges. it's fast and cheap as fuck.

Pay a higher fee, or just wait your transaction go through. I had two transactions clear yesterday with a 16 and 23 sat/byte fee which cleared in the evening. Mempool always has more activity during the day.
