Does it make more financial sense to stay single...

Does it make more financial sense to stay single? How much do you spend per month on the other person if you're not single?

If you have to ask this then you deserve to stay poor.

Expect your food costs to increase anywhere from 1.5x to 2x. Water will double, electricity will probably 1.25x to 1.5x. She will also expect you to buy gifts for her every now and again as well as date nights, so budget in an extra 50 to 75 a month. She will also probably complain that your one bed one bath apartment isnt as good as her best friend stacys 3 bedroom 2 bath teutonic style house, so she will want you to fork over 400 to 600 dollars more a month for a new living space.

Overall, staying single will probably be your best decision until at least 35. Until then, fuck bitches get money

i think if you met a girl you actually liked you wouldn't ask yourself these questions

Some paper bag in the head, and she is ready to go

Food costs double but if your wife is smart like mine is she'll make meal plans. We manage to eat well and healthy from 80-120$ a week Canadian. She cooks roasts and buys large packs of meat in bulk so that helps.
Buy a slow cooker, or even better an instapot. This helps save time when you have kids.
We buy luxuries like coconut water for her smoothies and 20$ worth of sparkling water for the week and we're doing fine.
Clothes is 100$ every month or so and if she wants something fancy she saves that money.
Don't over spoile her and don't waste money.
Do free things like picnics at the park. Have friends over for BYOB's and pot lucks.
It's only really expensive if she's a materialistic whore which has to instagram every moment.
Knock her up and keep her busy at home with the kids.

>75 a month for date nights and gifts
wow u dated some cheap ass girls

Get an environmentally friendly woman who turns off the lights when she leaves each room.
Move to the country and rent/ buy a city house. Most people 20-30are living in rat box apartments.

Keep insurance for a second car in mind. that's expensive, at least in Canada. But it will allow her to do groceries.
Budget an extra 150$ a month for a fitness class or knitting or whatever wholesome activity she needs so she can leave every once in awhile and develop.

*** rent or buy a house in the country. Not a city house. Phone posting my bad.
