Fair enough too mate. Even though I am only a bit into paying the mortgage, after spending 20k or so renovating I could prob sell the place for close to 300k and come out ahead by 60-80k-ish. To be honest, doing this place up and selling it was on my list of things to do, but not for 12-24 months.

Put your $50k into BTC this summer and hold it for at least two years you'll probably hit your goal by that point already. Don't trade it just hold for at least a full year before taking profit because short term cap gains on large amounts like this suck dong. Easy peasy. Probably wouldn't hurt allocating like 20% to time tested shit coins

I almost sold my 0.9 BTC in December last year. I would have done OK seeing i bought it for 100.00 and it was selling then at >20K

well 2 years from now 2021 will be halfway over so i don't mean prior to 2021. I'm targeting more so end of 2021 beginning 2022 depending on how things are looking for next big take profit. Might take longer might be sooner that, but yeah i'm that confident. I've been selling all the shit i don't use and finding a cheaper place to live so i can have more exposure to Bitcoin in these coming years. I still have funds to get me through 2 years or so before i would have to dip into investments. and yeah this time i'm holding the majority as long term cap gains because i got so fucked 2017-2018 by short term cap gains
