This can’t not be Link right?
It could be LINK, but then I don't know what else it 'could' be. Bump for wanting to know
ok marines we have to pool our funds again
Insider here
It’s link
checks out
>mfw it's priced in already

Mark Zuckerberg here, it's not link.
>‘no, it’s fine, they didn’t notice, they’re all deep in thought’
1000 EOY is fud.
thanks marc, very cool.
LINK is the only crypto oracle that actually works and is on mainnet. Most probably LINK though. It isn't without irony that Jow Forums doesn't just control facebooks meme economy but also its currency.
So h-how many linkies do I need to claim the $10mm node offer?
Literally nothing in this could be related to link. They're talking about node validators as in every blockchain ever created. No mention of oracles or outside data or smart contracts. What makes you think this is related to link? Doesnt mean facebook wont use link at some point though, it might very well use it if link becomes the crypto oracle standard
Insider here
It's mobius
Jeff Bezos here, what's it like being poor?
Excellent.
Its going to be based on Stellar.
>project libra
>stellar
>validators
>independent foundation (SDF)
plus, evidence that once again, no one needs oracles. heres a top 5 world company getting into blockchain and not needing it for anything
its fake and gay
>The key seems to be “introducing a level of decentralization...”.
I can’t see how few third parties can achieve decentralization without using a decent network.
This thread just proves Jow Forums are just a bunch of brainlets and have no idea how link works or what it does
What's it like getting divorced and losing your hair- I mean half your shit
But the article mentioned Libra comes from Libor word play. But Libor was Sergey’s original proposal Sibos2016
I read an article that says they will peg it to the US dollar. Tell me I misread, right??
This. Stellar is the obvious choice.
Coworker here, can confirm
this. It's unbelievable how retarded linkies have become.
>sees the word "node" (loose term used by ~95% of all blockchain projects)
>tHIs HAs tO B liNk rIGhT GuYs??!!
Fucking this holy shit you retards
>Based on Stellar
Don't make a fool of yourself. xlm is like the retarded brother of xrp. Good for nothing
Ever heard of Evan Cheng? Of course it's link
Not sure if you're trolling but just in case. Do you know how a blockchain works? Node validators validate transactions. Nothing to to with link. You can give these rights to anyone if you write the code. Would make more sense for link to be used to retrieve fiat data to stabilise libra's price
Sorry I'm posting this again. How can this even be a crypto if it's straight pegged to the US dollar
Of course it's not link retard
You knows what. Your probably dead nuts there.
>'88 economist magazine
>Stellar's new logo on the coin
>Facebook globalist censorship data mining Honeypot
Red Chinese social credit system powered by Facebook and stellar confirmed
this is the only non retarded answer..
are you guys fucking trolling?
this screenshot could be describing literally any cryptocurrency that uses nodes for validation, like EOS, XLM, etc.
Its probably a fucking fork of one of those, with FB copyrights slapped on top
Node validation for transactions have nothing, LITERALLY NOTHING, to do with oracles and/or LINK
this
>he thinks we think this is chainlink because they use the word "nodes" in the article
lmao retards
should we tell them?
have a similar desktop background
based
this is bait
the information in the OP simply describes what could be 1 of any hundred of currently existing blockchains
to extrapolate that they will need to use oracles (eventually) is to say that any currently existing blockchain MUST use LINK
Facebook Blockchain Director is an advisor for ChainLink
>will you take the call?
enlighten me fagot
The article says the node is used to validate the pairing between Libra and USD, it’s not validating the ledger itself. From what I understand, Facebook will run its own private chain, it’s just the stable pairing will be done by a third party .
cnbc.com
"Facebook will announce its cryptocurrency later this month, and will allow employees working on the project to take their salary in the form of the new currency, according to a report in The Information.
About a year ago, the company appointed former PayPal executive David Marcus to begin exploring opportunities with blockchain, the technological underpinning for cryptocurrency. Since then, several outlets have reported that the company has been building its own digital currency, which users will be able to store, trade, and exchange for regular currency, in part through Facebook apps including Messenger and WhatsApp. The report adds that Facebook is also planning physical ATM-like machines where users can buy the currency."
Zuckerberg here.
It’s true
facebook literally shadowforked link to use as its own token lmfao linkies are fucked.
Provide source faggot.
I'm all in Link, but this sounds nothing like Link. It doesn't mean FB won't use Link at some point though.
What's governance to do with oracles?
this just means Facebook is starting it’s own ponzi pos premined 15billion supply shitcoin. Has nothing to do with link, yet.
10k LINK to run a Facebook node eoy
shadowfork rumors are true
Stop using double negatives you illiterate immigrant. CANNOT!
Could it be more obvious? I mean really.
