that pretty much leaves you with 38.2% but it can be anything from 32% to 46% as the true bottom and depends on what you take for top also. there is a bit of subjectivity in the exact bottom you are looking for.

if you look at the charts btc often enough gives you second chances if we go back to $9k then you have a second chance to sell everything. if you regret not buying or selling at a point and the price revisits then do. even if it goes above $9k it will revisit 9k in a retracement and then you can buy back in.
