It's a legitimately good idea done by some random nerd with no connections and no connections or understanding of how to raise money. If not for the fact that the underlying idea is a good one, this coin would have been dead and no longer traded within a month or two. Chances are high that this never goes anywhere, but there is a significant probability that at some point down the line someone realizes that they can use this somehow and decides to market it properly.
