Nobody really knows the answer to that but clearly one thing has changed compared to past trends. They are on mainnet now and will clearly want to drive visibility and speculation up to increase price. In order to get their foot in the door with businesses they will be required to give services away for free, which will require the use of some of the 650 million Link they hold. If price goes up they don't have to use as many to cover the cost of those services. I suspect Link will be in full screaming from the rooftops marketing mode soon.
