You're talking like you have to support a family of 5 with no less 4 dishwashers and 3 cars. You don't need a 100k prefab. Also, the pic you posted will crash as soon as the tv mentions some 'flood' or 'tornado'. You need a solid hut sporting at most 9m2 space for each person living there.
Let's just do a minimalist budget for you to live alone:
Water:
1) daily drinking/cooking water: 4 liters
2) daily showering/washing/flushing: 21 liters
Basically you need 100 liters every 4 days.
If you have a 10m3 tank, you're go for more than a year. Or you may just go refill a 500 liters tank on your truck every ~3 weeks.
Sewage: you just need a septic tank. As long as it's only your poo+pee+graywater, you don't need public sewage.
Gas: a single ~25 kg canister is anyway enough to cook three meals a day for two months. Just have a wood stove and plenty of scrap wood, and you're go with heating+water.
Electricity: you only need a tablet (I'd say a laptop is better, let's say 10 hours * 50 watt/hours a day) and a cellphone (to be use as modem as well; let's say 10 watt/hours a day), plus a few LED lights her and there (let's say 8 hours * 15 watt/hours a day), plus a few bits (shaving, torch, etc). You don't really need a dishwasher+fullblown laundrydryer+boiler+microwave+keurig+shit, because they're non-essentials and demanding kilowatts.
As long as you've got solar panels and batteries, you're go with ~700 watt/hours a day (a couple 12v 120 Ah batteries may be more than enough for a few days without charging).
Then just add in some safe storage (a gas tank, etc) and a plan B for serious shit (a gun, a couple escape routes and some hiking+survival equipment should be enough).
Once everything is in place, you can go on with renovating.
Also note that a large and cozy place is useless if you happen to spend most of your time outside. If you need a place to shower/eat/sleep, you don't need a large sunny patio and a large living room sporting large chairs & shit

first I'm going to buy the land 50+ acres hopefully 100s of acres within the next 2-3 years (I'm already a bitcoin millionaire), and make sure my family and friends move onto my land are start developing it
then I'm going to start offering apprenticeships to all the white men who got fucked by (((diversity))) hires and cheap immigration labor
hopefully educated and just offer them a new system that doesn't hold them accountable for previous college debts and shit
eventually get enough people to influence local politics
maybe hide behind some religious protection
start our own economic system of free trade to people within the group and charge any outsiders insane tax to price out non whites and people not down for the cause
hopefully build out from that original headquarters over time and create a fully functional society
it's all brainstorming still and needs some fine tuning but it'll start with a farm and workshop in 1-2 years
