We're going to get a general bullrun due to lack of Mexican tariffs. It was already more or less known before that Xbox Scorpio is also going to be powered by AMD SoCs, so no surprises here. The leaked Navi GPU series doesn't seem too impressive as they're still playing catch-up with Nvidia. And while the leaked 3950X is nice, this shit is going to cost 700+$ based on the current pricing scheme, maybe even higher, depending on how binned this chips are. That's way too expensive for the gamer market except enhusiasts.
The only way we could see some serious gains is Ryzen 3000 being overclocking beasts on today's presentation, but with the given boost clocks, I doubt we're going to get much further beyond that.
