End of Also the site is .com, so it falls under US jurisdiction. The company is using the USD, The US has interest as they are using the their money!
If what ever coin you hold is PoW (proof of work) its regulated by the CFTC (agreed in '15) EVERYTHING else falls to the SEC

Why does PoW= not a security, but PoS = security? Dont see how that has any effect on how the government classifies it, seeing as how the people writing these laws have no fucking clue what the difference between the two is.
