There is no travel restrictions - it is like our version of a schengen. However you would need a work permit. This will not be the same after Brexit though

I personally don't think its worth it, once you are a non resident, you can come back for 6 months as the UK is a tax haven.

Look into get a first nation residence permit in panama, its can be had for $5k, you're going to need to prove you are not a resident getting a permanent residency & a place is the best way to solve the issue (Panama doesn't have CFC regs). You just need to show you live somewhere else & are liable to that tax system.

Don't know of anyone in the EU that doesn't have CFC regs...
