That's honestly how it is. Just keep trying and fucking up until you figure out how to do it. Not just with talking to grills but with anything in life. If you have anxiety, do it one step at a time or find a therapist. I just started out by going to places with a lot of people and sitting in the corner not talking to anyone until I got used to having to deal with a large number of people in the room, and made progress from there. Figure out what your issues are and then what steps you need to take in order to fix them, don't just sit on Jow Forums all day and complain when people give you very obvious advice on how to unfuck your situation.

true, can confirm this. physical fitness is like....eh....95%. and the other 5% being to not come along as a total sperg/douche/outcase. like these 5% are "easy" if you just have your ducks largely in a row. hard are the 95%. 3 times a week to the gym for 90' and that sustained over 2 years combined with proper nutrition.....NOT EASY. i did that only to a certain extent and the results where still enough to increase my success with women by a lot. just dont be fat/ugly/poor/shit hygiene. really get your shit together and you can do it.
