To be fair, it's been around the same range ratio-wise since the bottom. If you bought ETH back in December you'd be slightly better off than if you bought BTC.

Yes, if you bought the absolute bottom. Generally speaking, however, BTC has outperformed ETH pretty consistently since about May 2018.
