Sup Jow Forums, so i'm 6 years into my marriage and I want to have a kid but my wife refuses to because she started buying into the childfree bullshit from reddit.
When we initially got married, that was our plan like we verbally agreed but now she won't even discuss it anymore. She was telling me how it's selfish to have kids and if I care about having a kid then I should adopt a kid right now who's suffering in a foster hkm home and all that self righteous bullshit. She was also saying how it's all going to drain our finances and we won't have time to do fun things, and our marriage will probably break easily if we had to deal with kids.
Honestly i've been buying into her bullshit but and I don't have a lot of options to be honest like I wouldn't break up a good marriage over this though but I still feel wrong. I feel like I should be having kids and I always dreamed of it but this woman, there aren't many like her and I don't want to lose her but this no kids thing is a deal breaker.
