you're probably not as smart as you think, but much much more socially incompetent (which isn't inherently related to high IQ, literal retards have that aswell).
if you're *that* bored with less intelligent people, just play mindgames with them. see if you can get them to do certain things, see if you can make fun of them without them noticing etc.
if you're less of an asshole just see it as a challenge to develop a good mask, see it as a game and endure the mundane watercooler-talk.
