Insider here. It's not looking very good I have to say. What happened is that people from Oracle called Sergey after the Cloudexpo tweet and tried to get him to speak at the event, but after the phone call decided not to. Apparently he had been repeating the word "oracle" multiple times with a kind of mickey mouse voice (pronouncing it "oh-ruck-lee") then ended the call rustling a big mac wrap close to the phone saying the line is bad. Sad to see what's happened to the man.
