Help me with my research guys. I want to find some gripto that is definitely in the clear when it comes to SEC meddling. Preferably low caps

Anything listed on qtrade.io

0xbtc ;)

Exchange tokens like XCM for Coinmetro and TAO for Altmarket. Both projects have gone to great lengths to make sure they're compliant.

i second 0xbitcoin. iirc they have docs saying it passes the howey test. maybe ask about it in their discord.

Isn't TAO what used to be XTO? Run by Bryce? KEK

This

Simple, anything that is Pow is in the clear, everything else is fucked
Oh, & stop with the >MUH UTILTY TOKEN meme

This is one of the dumb ones!

all of them except one

VIDT, they are making a specific security token so the verification token would be safe.
The V-id team is unironically made of 200 IQ geniuses. People who say the token isnt needed are missing the point entirely. V-id is a startup, not a crypto project. The token is being used to automate out entire departments that would be found in another company that would aim to provide the same service as V-id.
The last group of announcements was released throughout the day and “leaked” in advance to make it more difficult to follow the “buy the rumor, sell the news” trend. It worked beautifully, VIDT pulled a 3x and stayed there. This is going to be a top 100 crypto by the end of the year easily.

Fuck off pajeet

Hes not wrong though, at least about VIDT not being labeled a security.

tokens needs to have a purpose in the projects otherwise the teams don't care in the long run

IAO's and tokens driving exchanges are my next big moon shot

Decred has been getting fucked ever since this article came out: medium.com/coinmonks/the-regulators-are-coming-a1ba2f8c02be

>There’s a 47% chance that Decred is an investment contract and trades like a security when we test it against the new proposed SEC Howe Crypto Framework.

i can take a shit and not have it labeled a security

I only invest in projects where they aren't going to get shut down tomorrow at this point desu, too many scams

>Coins that will get fucked by the SEC

Quant is 100% an unregistered security.

Anything that had an ICO

Coins that are fucked: BNB, VET, NEO ( anything chinese)
Coins that are safe with SEC: BTC, LTC, XRP, XLM, BAT

nuke token, americans arent allowed to buy though :(

Any privacy token of course, if something will get a pass, it's probably government controlled

Nash exchange

>Coins that will get fucked by the SEC
EOS, ETH and about 1500 others

Nano will be safe since it's a currency, not a security

>Coins safe from SEC
Everything listed on Coinbase
>Coins not safe from SEC
Everything else

LOL goodluck. Nano and Bitgrail pulled off the greatest scam of 2018, and would do it again without a second thought. Goodluck holding

Developers != Exchange operators

NEX, it's literally a legal security token and the team has done everything with compliance in mind since the ICO.

The world is stuck on old tech and cannot innovate because of financial regs? Makes perfect sense

Eth had an ICO and has been deemed a non security by SEC

Under appreciated post
These are newfags, Got into crypto '17 at the earliest.

YEP!
It changed to PoW...But it wants to change back into a unregistered security via PoS

Read and dig deep man. This was a huge scandal which has deep roots between the entire NANO team and Bitgrail. Check link related.

You only want exchange operators with good histories and deep connections

Iao markets are next to pop

What if i keep coins that are not compliant and sell them on some other exchange with a vpn? Will that be possible? What arr the chances of getting fucked over?

DAG in the clear
