How much money are you waiting to cash out at?

Will you cash out when your portfolio is $50k? $100k? $1 million? What is your cash out amount?

At $0. Otherwise, I'm going to HODL for life.

never

What is the point of that?

why cash out, btc is the future

ill cash out 1 mil when my portfolio reaches 11 mil

I don't want to cash out why are people such retards pump and dumpers

Attached: 1540542711409.jpg (495x362, 115K)

the dollar index might have been a factor

This not gonna miss any moon missions

ill cash out 10,000,000,000,000

everyone should be slowly scaling out their initial investment to $$$ while bitcoin is pumping like this... yes it will probably keep going up, but don't fuck yourself like last time and be the one bagholding into the grave. you're not going to sell the exact top so give up on that dream now

Why would I cash out? This isn't some short term investment. I'm securing my future wealth. If buying things like properties with BTC counts as cashing out, then that's my cash out.

like most white ppl i dont do "all or nothing" mental traps.
the smart thing to do with any investment like this is to have an actual financial plan...
so for instance, decide what percentage do you want to cash out and do regular DCA cashouts over a 3-5 yr timeframe. Also you can mix in "benchmark" sells so you capture some upside hits....so for instance breakup 30% over 3 years into regular sells + specific sells at 25k, 50k, 75k, etc...again need to do it as white as possible and avoid high time-preference basketball style reactions.

Depends if I hit numbers before or during the run. If before then I meter it out. If I hit the number during the run then it will be a bigger cash out. My target is 350k. That changes the course of my life, completely debt free, no mortgage, colleges paid for, and freedom to travel. I will always leave coins in the banana stand for the $1M BTC meme.

2MM tax free. Then I'd diversify with safer investments, and probably look with disdain (and then with understanding) at those who chose a mundane life rather than risk.

But don't mind me, I am just another poorfag who can not put more than a few hundreds in.

1 mil then cash out half and keep going

the realistic answer is to wait for the dead cat to cash out given how much exchanges tend to fuck up during peaks (looking at you, Coinbase). During the dead cat they'll be up and running again and you'll already have a better picture of what numbers to expect

i concur with this user who has likely spent some time trading options in the stock market

I'm currently at 85k in crypto. I have 550k in other assets. I will start slowly taking some profits when I hit 120k. I will far from cash out everything though. Just risk management.

how do you spot a dead cat bounce?

I will NEVER fully "cash out". Once Libra is established as a form of payment for everything i will live comfortably for the rest of my life.

Never selling

yikes

no reason to cash out my link b/c of staking.

>retire on libra investments
wow

Will you cash out when your portfolio is $50k
>nope i didnt

? $100k?
> no i didnt
$1 million?
>still no

2+mil. Only amount to provide a decent passive income for the rest of my days.

btc = gold
libra = cash
you stupid faggot

This is the problem with crypto. The entire point is to use BTC to purchase goods and services, not to cash out and use fiat currency. This seems to be the goal for 90% of current hodlers and probably why BTC will see a spectacular fall one day. That is unless we see a Wall Street Crash and everyone turns to Bitcoin

what's the point of cashing out? only normals fall for the fiat meme

Why the fuck would you cash out? In the future we'll all use crypto for payments.

>libra = cash
constantly having to post of pic of your benis before you buy a coffee seems excessive

I used to believe in cashing out

But no longer, I'm taking my crypto with me to the grave. unless you mean cash out alts into BTC

dear anons ITT

crypto is great, blockchain technology will change the efficiency of our society. However, people will still drink Coca Cola (KO), they'll still use laundry detergent (PG), they'll still need payment systems (V), they'll still need airplanes (BA), they'll still do home improvement (LOW), still need furniture (LEG), still need medical facilities (DOC), still need gasoline (PSX), still drink beer (TAP), still buy amazing and overpriced faceburg machines (AAPL) and still smoke/vape (MO)

Be in both crypto and stocks to make your future as foolproof as possible. By the way, all of those stocks also pay you while you hold, allow for automatic dividend reinvestment and also grow their dividends.

3 million at minimum

Yes and they'll be buying those stocks with BTC.
In the meantime though the potential returns in crypto is too great

1 mil and then I'll quit my day job. Probably take up a gig running an expat bar in some interesting corner of the world.

TRICK QUESTION BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CASH OUT, THE TRANSACTIONS NEVER GO THROUGH

Attached: 1543095018519.jpg (630x420, 35K)

>not keeping a large portfolio and scalping out living expenses as you need them
Never going to make it.

im not cashing out at all, i will buy a house using satoshis. yes satoshis, not 1 or 2 btc. satoshis. let that sink in

why cash out if eventually the crypto can be used for anything? until it can we are still in discovery and value will increase

Imagine finding the final solution to the central banking question and then 'cashing out' back into slave money.

I might scale a little out starting around 75K to improve my lifestyle and to buy more btc (if it dips again.) But as far as 'cashing out' goes; that's what I was doing when I sold my USD for BTC in the first place. Fuck Fiat and Fuck banks.

when my currently $44k portfolio hits $480k im cashing out to DAI/USDC and then just earning interest on that stack until i die thru compound.finance and crypto.com - it would put my interest earnings around $65k/yr and ive always been a poorfag so i can for sure live off that since im used to living off just $1200/mo right now as it is.

im not greedy but i will be selling my bags when the institutional investor kikes enter the market and are buying up everything for 300x the price i paid for the shit.

this desu senpai

does anyone actually believe this? it's all meme, at most btc might stay at $1m as digital gold but that's it

I have several positions in crypto and some I will cash out now, some I will cash out at 20k, and some I will probably never cash out

>btc might stay at $1m as digital gold but that's it
in order for it to say $1m means it has achieved broad adoption, which means it will be accepted nearly everywhere...so why would you jump back to j3w confetti?

I am all in crypto that have a revenue based dividend payout. So I will never cash out my main stack. Only cash out the dividends and live off them.

how legit is crypto.com?

How legit can a platform with 13.5% yearly payout be?

cash out instantly with rewards frens bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827989.680

thanks deposited 100k

its already >50k lol
>imagine cashing out

i get never cash out and why, but you can't pay for real shit with BTC yet. do you live with mommy as a NEET or how do all of you pay to live?
