you cant have institutional investors in crypto unless there is a standard market regulation level in the market just like any normal trading market.
without regulation the market cap of crypto will always be under 1 trillion and not 100 trillion. only schitzos and literal tax evading criminals are against regulation in crypto, and they will eventually do prison time for their stupidity. once regulation drops and is standard, the prices of shit will pump to fucking pluto.
