You realize that when binance bans Americans from trading LINK, that the volume will dry up and the price will go back to $.5 - $1.25? You know this will tank the price right?
Anyone buying right now is out of their goddamn mind. It might go up in the future but this binance ban is going to wreck chainlink.
I think the Chainlink team has their ducks in a row (Coinbase)

Unless.........coinbase by Sept.

Not only Coinbase, but CZ isn’t dumb either. BinanceUS will be open by then as well.
Gavin Rodriguez
This is an insane hope. Binance is preventing Americans from trading Chainlink because US securities law. Why would Coinbase not have to abide by those same laws?
And if they don't get on Coinbase by September, do you agree the price will tank?
The price will experience the singularity but no one will be able to cash out. Then, everyone will have to pay huge sums for taxes because of paper gains and they’ll go broke before they can sell it.

Thanks user, for caring so much for my investment in chainlink. Here you are, taking the time out of your day to hand out free investment tips on a mongolian BBQ board. WOW! You are truly one of a kind. This board is littered with filthy swinglinkers trying to fud the price down because they missed their entry, but i can tell you arent one of them. 3.2 USD EOD btw.

Coinbase released a list of assets they will add to their platform a while ago They have since added coins from that list slowly, month by month
Chainlink is on that list, go Google coinbase adding assets and see for yourself.

I have bought KCS to prepare for amerimutt ban and I'm already JUSTed, fuck that shit
There is precedent. EOS did a $4 billion ICO (125x larger than LINK) that excluded certain jurisdictions such as the US. EOS was recently listed on Coinbase.
Ripple which is facing a class action lawsuit over XRP for securities violations was listed on Coinbase earlier this year.
If LINK is not listed on a major US exchange, it could affect the price but no idea how much...
also OP is retarded, CZ confirmed that the list of coins for binance US is only preliminary and much more will be added on. of course they're gonna list the high caps first.
Just go on fucking CoinMetro already and make a LINK community there. All Americans welcome with the exception of Jew York

# reminds me all the China fud when they kept banning bitcoin in the '17 bullrun and somehow managed to end up with 20% of the supply. >pic is unironically me buying another 100k
Thanks user, phoneposting while waging and couldn't be bothered to do it myself

If all you are is nervous then how about you say that in your OP instead of making dogshit assumption like you know anything at all. Fuck off mongrol.

So if coinbase is the only platform Americans can buy crypto then wouldn't all the coins listed on coinbase moon like crazy after the SEC starts shutting down exchanges?

Someone apparently is so new to crypto they’ve never seen an exchange come and go

Yup, Rory’s wife’s son js called to confirm.

allow me to say again, IDEX

COSS. It trades Link and it's mooning right now.
Jaxon Martin
It will be on Binance US most likely, it's not a security. But it depends how much time there is between September when Binance dies for burgers and when they launch Binance US. If it's long it will probably be impactful.
The real FUD is the ETH transaction fees are too high to pay LINK nodes for a simple API call. You literally pay $0.01 a call traditionally, not fucking $0.50.
Tell me *how* its blockchain agnostic when nodes get paid in LINK, in a way that avoids high payment fees?
Nobody is going to pay 50x the cost of a traditional API call at scale. So chainlink IS reliant on Ethereum scaling, and scaling to a degree where transaction fees are next to nothing.
Camden Jackson
I'm in the US and I've been buying chainlink on binance fine. I'll probably deposit all my linkies into coinbase once they accept it.

>what are threshold signatures kek retard, at least do some research before fudding
regardless, the people who will first use link for derivatives are those doing low frequency, high volume transactions (think whales) who want security and a guaranteed transaction. they don't give a fuck about fees.
>14349570 Threshold signatures are for the oracle gas costs, not for the transaction gas costs that occur when actually laying the nodes. You can look at the transactions on mainnet and see like $1 fees for a call to pay 3 nodes, its crazy high.
Maybe for low volume areas where timing and fees aren't an issue. At scale its a no go unless ETH scales well. Imagine doing tens or hundreds of millions of API calls a month with those fees. How are savings gained from smart contracts going to be more than those costs?
Nathaniel Ward
You are right about low frequency high value trades, something I overlooked. Thanks.
yeah this will have no effect on adoption, normies in particular will be straight on it
Easton Reyes
You know coinbase will list that shit asap
Jordan Howard
just accumulate and wait for halvings. i'm gonna spend 1% of link gains on this over a 2 year period.
Alexander Martin
You can already buy Chainlink on crypto.com's app and its american friendly. A coinbase listing is a very logical listing since the general consensus is that LINK isnt a security.

>Low supply and high demand = lower price How fucking low does your IQ have to be to even write this?
