It's an MLM scheme basically. So it started out being shilled a couple weeks ago by the same maybe 3 anons, but the more people that use your code the higher mining rate you get. So shilling is supported, if not mandated. It has over 50k app downloads at the moment and at each logarithm of 10 there is a halvening of mining rate, so you need to shill your code as much as possible before then. It's actually a very cheap marketing trick as well since it spreads exponentially since almost everyone shills their code to get a higher rate.
