3. Transfer money from your bank account to coinbase.com [may take a few days]
4. Go into coinbase pro and transfer money from your coinbase account to coinbase pro
5. Go to order book for link and place order

It’s a separate site, also run by coinbase. I can’t remember exact instructions for how to access it (it’s been a while) but they have instructions on their site. It’s an order book that works kind of like the one on Binance or bitrex.

So, ok, idea here is
1. Insiders, including Brian Armstrong, know (or supspect) that whale have been (a) bumping BTC and (b) suppressing link
2. Also knows that these same whales are planning to flip their BTC to Link, timing with Link announcements. Whales realize that link is going to be massive, so they held price down as long as they could on Binance, but now that is harder for 2 reasons (a) Binance wants to get into US market, so dropping link and (b) news for link is just too good
3. So armstrong says, fine, you can buy through me, but you have turn your BTC into cash FIRST on coinbase
