These things have a way of getting out. If you're in an industry where people get together and talk, word will likely get out and your reputation will take a hit. Even if there's no suspicion as to your motives for hiring her, your reputation will nonetheless be tarnished by association.

If you don't care about staying in this particular industry (or geographic location) and just want to maximize the number of deals you close, I wouldn't recommend as strongly against it, but it's still a no from me.

I thought you were operating solo or out of a small firm. If you're big enough to have an HR, they could take the fall. Ultimately, I don't think a girl who sucks and fucks is enough to move the needle. Definitely enough to get close some deals on the margin, but, unless those deals on the margin are huge, it's likely not enough to justify the risk/opportunity cost/etc.

It's small. HR style responsibilities could be shuffled to people who are being set up to take responsibility in case something goes awry.

Yes, it's super fucking common. Why do you think these RE firms (even the big CRE firms like CBRE) hire good-looking, but empty-headed bimbos? Sometimes it's because a nice, attractive young lady puts a good face on the firm, but mostly it's because they know they're going to use their looks (in some way) to close a deal. Put two and two together FFS.

Also, porn often has some basis in reality. I think RE agents sucking and fucking to close a deal is so big it's its own genre. It's definitely not the norm, but not a rarity either.

Dude, if you're going to date an attractive girl, EXPECT for her to be hounded, hit on, propositioned, the whole nine yards. Guys are animals. If you're woman hasn't recently come into her good looks (i.e., she's been attractive for a very long time, and is no ugly-duckling), she'll probably know how to use her looks to her advantage in a way that doesn't involve giving out sex (or anything of a similar manner).
