There are more ways than one to skin a cat. If sybil attacks are a concern, the team can solve this thru KYC nodes to ensure operators have no ill will. People would say KYC nodes are centralized, but they are wrong. As long as the data that enters the network is handled in a decentralized fashion, the network is decenteralized. Honestly,so what if the users are KYC? It is just ensuring the operators have no ill intentions. The team does not have any incentive to be partial to any KYC operators, because as long as these corporations uses the chainlink network, it is a win for the team anyway.

Just like how a casino has no incetive to scam your money by switching poker cards etc etc, because the system is built in their favor.

Another approach to the network to prevent sybil attacks is to maintain a ratio of KYC nodes to anonymous nodes. Maybe 70:30 or so, just to ensure that "legit" node operators outnumber potential sybil attackers so greatly to the point it is NEAR impossible to sybil the network.
