What did they mean by this

I thought staking wasn't possible yet

how fucking out of the loop are you?

Same here. Is anyone on Jow Forums actually staking with them yet? I'd like to send them some of my stinkies.

linkpool.io doesn't show any nodes for me desu
Maybe a bit btw

bump

Linkpool is running one node without collateral that is earning 0.33 Link every 5 minutes. Those Link come from the 350 million that are reserved for network incentives, paid by Sergey himself.
Every 14 days Linkpool distributes the accumulated Link to all shareholders.
Buy a LP share, get passive income, easy as that.

so the circulating supply is above 350MM?

Yes, slightly above. But at the current rate it increases by ~250k per year, which is basically nothing.
Chainlink is paying 8 nodes right now.

it was above it for months, they sold several millions on binance.
Cmc just trusts what the team says the supply is.

Do you have any proof that these LINK came from the network incentive wallet? I don't see any outgoing transfers on etherscan from that wallet

So... the only user on the Chainlink network is Chainlink?

That is correct. Currently no users, network just started. However node amount is growing fast. First there were 3 nodes, now 8.

No proof, but who else would be paying the nodes? Especially in a "heartbeat" type of way exactly every 5 minutes and exactly 0.33 Link.

Can you explain to a brainlet how to get going with Linkpool? I have Linkies already

if your theory isn't a larp, at >100 nodes we're looking at millions of link per year. That's significant inflation. And at these prices, running a node is literally free money. $120k a year for keeping an ETH node running? shieeeeet

I'm 90% sure you're making shit up

GTFO of here with your shitty FUD. Reserve wallet is untouched

So who is paying Linkpool then?

You can't stake with them yet, we need a reputation system for node collaterals first. Until then Chainlink nodes will be centralized, choosen by Chainlink who is worthy to run one.
If you want to use Linkpool in the future you should buy a 0.04 fraction of a share, this way you get to stake before people without shares can.
You need metamask (you can connect your hardware wallet to it) and then go to
staking.linkpool.io/dex

sold 100k

I feel as though I may have missed the big gains with Linkpool. Would it still be profitable to start my own node and stake LINK manually? I know I'd have to do a fuck ton more research and probably hire a few people, but linkpool is not the only option, correct?

thanks my nig

Super ootl so how do you buy a share?

11 nodes. You are out of the loop.

Also curious since I know you can run your own node with Link pool at some point where they take 25% and you take 75% of the distributions from your node. Seems interesting but haven’t found more details on it yet. I’m sure running it 100% is possible on your own just prob not yet

can you fucking fags read their site, linkpool.io
read their medium posts, medium.com/linkpool
or join the telegram group (on the website)

just stop asking these brainlet questions

Same

Why not just stake on fucking coinbase once they get that up and running? Seeing how fast they’re moving w shit they might announce that this coming week?

Why stake on coinbase where theyll probably take half the shit? Just stake locally fagit
