I geniuinely dont think 80% of draft eligible candidates are remotely close to being in shape for fighting a war, and six weeks of basic wont change that. We'd be better off putting people to work in drone manufacturing factories.

There won't be a draft. They will just over $60k, then $100k, then maybe $200k, $500k, it doesn't matter the government doesn't need to worry about budgets anymore they just print money to pay for everything. Eventually the quality of life of americans will deteriorate to a point where it can no longer hide the rampant inflation. We won't be interested in drafting for a war on the other side of the world at that point.
