I would recommend making a friend network of other parents that are expecting while going to the various classes and things while expecting so that you can have some help if you need it. Definitely let your parents and her parents help out as much as they want. Grandparents love babies and you two will be very overwhelmed.
Other than that, apply for some high paying jobs, and drop the "new father" card in any interviews you get. It looks good because they think you won't want to leave their job because you will need stability. It will also get you good points with any fathers in the interview.
