alright, take it from a dutchie. Everbody is telling you to drink a lot of water, don't listen to that advice. #2 cause of death is waterpoisoning. If you don't use it on a festival in the burning sun, but at home, just drink max 1 glas of water every hour, not more. Your kidneys aren't releasing fluids while high and your natrium levels are dropping. So my advice is to don't drink a lot of water and eat something with natrium/salt in the middle of your trip.

you get water intoxication effects really quick during xtc tho. bloated face, nausea so a trip at home should be done with care and not 'lots of water'. This isn't a regular alcohol night or something. Most deaths caused by xtc are because of stupid decisions and no knowledge. Overheating #1, water intoxication #2 and #3 is because of taking something else thinking it's xtc.

Yeesh depends on the person. I'm a generally really happy person so my comedown was just a bit hungover and tired for the day (mainly because it keeps you wide awake until 9am through next morning) but I had a friend who'd go full on suicidal for a week afterwards.

Fun drug though. House parties are my favourite for it. I'd reccomend doing it with a friend or group at once with someone who is sober.
