It really isn’t backed by the military. It’s just some retards perpetuating this meme so they can drum up more spending on government welfare for war hawks. Nobody is going to send in the tanks to Russia, China or the eu if they suddenly decide not to use the usd. The American choice of weapon to deal with those kinds of threats is through economic sabotage and sanctions.
