I'm not sure if we can reach 4 digits purely from speculation/next bull run. We need links being used in nodes and staked. It's hard to imagine a 350B market cap in the next year and a bit, while the network is still young and many links not being used.

I could be totally wrong however and the network could grow much faster than anticipated. Only time will tell.
