Sounds like your SEO is complete dog shit
Google Adsense
Yes But you have to keep creating content. About 9 od 10 years ago there was a group of 4channers clicking ads on each others shitblogs. I tried it for a month and earned €120. Many things have changed since then. It might be easier to do it with YouTube now.
It used to work for me. From 2008 to around 2016. Most I made was 9,000 a month. You need a lot of traffic and if your site is not already popular you do this by ranking in the top of the search results on Google for keywords that can get you a lot of traffic but doesn't have a lot of competition which is what I did. You craft your website using proper SEO techniques, write articles with your keyword in mind, submitting your website to link directories, finding similar sites to link to your site, etc. You will also need more patience than a cryptocurrency-trader, it might take months or even a year for your site to show near the top of google for your keyword, if at all. When you start getting traffic, you place the ads. Good ad placements is crucial. It can be the difference between a 1% clickthrough rate and a 30% clickthrough rate. When it all came together, it is one of the best passive incomes anyone can have. No inventory to sell, no deadlines and you feel like you are contributing something useful to the visitor.
The thing is, you are at the mercy of Google's algorithm. You need to be in the top 3 of Google's search results for your keyword to make noticeable money and if you drop back into the next page of the search results, it's over. My sites survived for years throughout Google's algorithm changes when many others got wrecked by it but it eventually got me. Google's search results now prioritizes big company, commercial websites first. Smaller info websites and mom-and-pop store websites get pushed down. Now with more normies using ad-block than ever, I can't bother with it anymore but it was really good to me back then.
In the UK estate agents will pay google £50 for one click for the search term "Buy house London"... Personally I fucking hate estate agents, They like the human equivalent of a mosquito and rat in one. I sometimes google Buy house London and click on all the Google ad results just to make them waste a bit of money...
I make about £2000-2500 a month from ad revenue on my website but only about 300 of that is from Adsense
I have a mobile app and I get around 4k impressions per day and only around 5$ per day. Really there are much better ways to monetize these days.
You're saying it's best to open up a blog about houses then?

You may wind up paying for clickbot extensions like this one. There are people out there actively trying to sabotage Google.
The real money is an Amazon links, but AdSense can provide a nice additional boost everu month.
Nope. It's the type of website. I get 0 clicks but large impression count. Because it's a directory I get like a thousand indians a day find it, which is the lowest quality advertising market available.
