Yes, and you'll probably redose to feel normal.

Welcome to your new addiction, it took me years to feel 90% normal

go to Jow Forums or /fag/

faggot and sage

I took 40mg zolpidem and 5mg lorazepam daily to deal with cocaine withdrawals. I think i made a mistake

Fuck off my board nigger kike. I made so many of bizlets rich i deserve my daily blog post

Yes. You can feel withdrawals after a few days of using benzos heavily. I was addicted to every pharma benzo and rc benzo under the sun for 4 years, and over 5 years later I still haven't regained the confidence and steadiness they robbed me of. Do NOT fuck around with benzos; I've quit high dose fentanyl and gram a day meth habits, and benzos fucked with me the most. Don't think you're better than it; you are not.

>headaches

You're suffering from oxygen deprivation when you're sleeping. You're literally stopping breathing in the middle of the night and were close to death.

Also why aren't you researching every drug you put in your system for hours before you take it? The internet makes all of this so easy. There's no excuse for ignorance anymore. If you're going to do drugs do them smart.

If you can't handle the withdrawals buy some L-theanine or melatonin for sleep. Think about how unspectacular the benzo "high" became over time and never do them again.
t. Benzo and ambien user for 3 years and still not feeling normal after 5

Benzos don't cause that level of respiratory depression. With opiates or alcohol yes, not benzos. There's a ceiling to their depressive effects.

So why is he having headaches?

>business and finance

I need to be more clear, i felt this way because it was day 1 of not using it

Benzos reprogram your brain after just. A few uses. You’re never going to feel normal again and you’re gonna crave it forever. Vomiting first thing after waking up is common for addicts.

What the fuck man. The internetz told me 4-6 week use will fuck me up and not fucking 7 days

The most braindamaged person I know got their brainletism from cocaine, used to be a certified streetsmart genious. There is literally nothing worse you could have done than staying a coke fiend.

Good luck cutting down on the other shit, try some CBD herb/oil

yes. like someone else said, don't fuck around with benzos.

also, i'd recommend tapering off rather than quitting cold turkey

Benzo withdrawal causes dehydration and extreme stress which are causes of headaches. Headaches are a common symptom of benzos in general actually. You'll find more info reading the Ashton Manual.

Yep, depending on the benzo it's very possible to feel symptoms after just one day of not using. With Valium I don't feel strong withdrawals until day 3-4 for example, but due to the short half life of xanax, etizolam etc withdrawal can be felt after 12 hours.

Benzos are very subtle drugs in some ways. It often feels like you haven't taken enough, or that they're barely affecting you. This is partly why it's so easy to get addicted to them fren. I know you'll find your own way, but from one poly addict to another, benzos are probably the worst. I literally reccomend heroin abuse over benzo abuse, because at least opiate withdrawals are just a week or two of mostly physical hell. Benzo abuse will mess with the levels of dopamine and GABA receptor regulation for a long long time.

Been struggling with benzos for years. Got hooked on Valium while traveling in SE Asia since you can buy over the counter and now can barely function without. Shit is harder to kick than heroin or cocaine. Definitely taper down slowly or you will be in a world of pain. Kratom helps with anxiety and insomnia a bit but obviously be careful with that as well.

>tfw you try to quit booze and coke with something which appears to be twice as addicting
Man they sell and recommend this shit free in pharmacy like its aspirin here aswell. I didnt know this shit

That's the big joke about big pharma. Ten or so years ago benzos were handed out like candy here in Australia, to children as young as 8. Now that science and the results of years of use/abuse has finally caught up, they've finally made it a lot harder to get prescribed them; which has been a huge slap in the face to anyone that was on them for years and can now only get 3 day prescriptions. Incidence of benzo related seizures skyrocketed as people tried to cold turkey years long habits; but it's not like most doctors knew/know the right way to take them and come off them either.

If you've been on them less than a week you should be fine to just stop taking them, but that depends on your dosage, so you'd still be safer attempting to taper off. Keep in mind alcohol hits similar receptors in the brain and there is likely to be cross tolerance at play too; if you had a high alcohol tolerance I bet you needed more than 0.5mg xanax to pass out, eh? Quitting alcohol and benzos will both induce seizures too. If your addiction was severe I suggest looking for a specialist alcohol/benzo rehab clinic or at least asking a dr. that's well versed with GABAergic drugs to assist you. Valium can be used to come off alcohol safely, but a strict dosing regime has to be followed (which the uninhibited nature of benzos doesn't exactly match with). Google the Ashton Manual by Heather Ashton to not only have your eyes opened to the perils of benzo abuse but for safe and sound advice with quitting without experiencing major sides or seizures. Good luck bro!

Who's that guy? He QT 3.14

I feel like I've been having the same problem, except I'm yawning almost every few minutes throughout the day. Am I depriving myself of oxygen? How do I breathe better?

See that? Get OUT while you can. Benzos are hell in pill form. Stick it out now and do not touch that shit again. An old friend went down that road and he recovered fairly well but he will never be thge same. Shitty thread but so are most of the threads on Jow Forums and if I can convince one person so not go down that road it's worth it.

>PARACETAMOL
Took 2 at a time once and went to Christmas diner, I fucking talk to all family members.
That shit will make you normal.

Dude what he wrote is true. You're never going to feel normal again. Same happened to me.
