Lmao that's a good question. Unironically had a psychotic break because of how unreal this all is (I'm doign therapy and I'm able to rationalize away any lingering feelings of my mind being the only mind).

My advice is to unironically clean your room, because it helps with the solipsism. Also, go to a therapist, start talking to people at the cash register, etc. You want to explore other people (to know they also exist), and also start to do things for yourself that YOU like.
