That wallet is having between 100k and 200k sent to it every hour. Someone is accumulating like crazy. I think all the "dev tokens sent to Binance" is FUD and the real reason is some institution or richfag wanted his tracks covered and are just using Binance to obfuscate and the team obliged him.
