Who do you think is responsible for the world crises of 2008 and 2020? Well...

Who do you think is responsible for the world crises of 2008 and 2020? Well, obviously Americans caused real estate market bubble and Europoors we're gonna blame for 2020. But who exactly? Is that niggers (including white zoomer niggers) who don't want to work? Is that traders (profiteers) who produce nothing but parasite on people? Is that lowlifes who take bank loans on goods they don't need? Who's the cause?

Doesn't matter, I'm all in ETHPlode for the deflation.

Uh yeah, maybe it's bitcoin havers who have thrown their money in meme Internet coin? Now real economy is suffering from inflation rates.

How come? They've been there since forever and do nothing but lending money thus making economy properly fueled up.

Corporate debt bubble burst will start the next crisis. This is why.

To stimulate the US economy after the global financial crisis from 2009 to 2017 (a record time), FED had sustained close to 0 near zero interest rates. Such monetary policy was used to create credit boom and in turn inflate the US economy. Low interest rates have encouraged businesses and consumers to borrow (and spend) instead of saving. Near zero interest rate policy has also emboldened creditors to lend at ease and finance riskier deals.

The cheap credit fiesta has encouraged publicly listed companies to borrow more money in turn inflating stock, corporate bond and real estate markets. Speculators, on their part, have channeled the easy-to-borrow money to 1) stock leverage and 2) risky assets (similar to subprime mortgage-backed securities that sunk the US and global economies in 2007-2008). In this respect the nearly decade long low interest rate policy might be likened to a compressed spring that kept tightening further and further and now is ready to rebound with full force.

The next financial crisis will begin with FED and other central banks raising interest rates to the point of no return. The hike of interest rates will eventually undermine businesses, consumer confidence and hurt government finances. Sectors that are the most sensitive to interest rates will go bust and badly affect the overinflated stock market further resulting in major stock market crash.

They need to be curbed or at least regulated.

Republican politicians. Not the retarded backwoods faggots on this board who are too busy to think for themselves, but the people who convince these brainlets that 1% lower taxes on a $15,000 annual income is going to make them rich.

The blame for the next financial crisis lies with central bank "system stabilizers" (idiots like Bernanke, Yellen, Powell, etc.), corporate bigshots, and wild Wall Street speculators.

> Central banks are gonna raise rates
Not a chance. It’s a race to the bottom to see who can print the most money. Raising rates and causing monetary deflation might be the most prudent course of action, but there are too many Kensyians and Modern Monetary Theorists in power now. Negative real interest rates are the new reality.
Buy Bitcoin. Buy Gold.

Either way were fucked. raise rates were fucked. negative rates were even more fucked.

>negative interest rates

That actually sounds pretty glorious

Agreed on gold and BTC. You have to be soft in your head to make long or even mid-term investments in stocks. Especially the bigtech stocks which are massively overinflated.

However, when the next global recession kicks in and the world slides into another financial crisis, initially BTC may suffer as well because a) main stream holders will need money in fiat (liquid) form, and b) whales will use the situation to bring down BTC value so they can accumulate more BTC at lower prices.

After the first sell off there will be a sudden wave of people buying the dip and BTC will regain value.

I'm certain that the next crisis will be great for BTC.

>FED raising rates
Are you insane? Ain’t happening in a million years.

But also it will be an event that, most likely, take much BTC out of hands of general public and transfer it to Wall Street investors. That's why I hope you all have strong hands for what will come.

The recession already started, it'll just take a while to affect the common Joe. Like you.

fuck your babylonian money magic jews

where should I buy Gold? What do you think of ETH and Silver?

This is good for bitcoin

Oh, but it will happen eventually. Low or close-to-zero interest rates will inflate a corporate debt bubble so big, and multiply malinvestments at such rate, that eventually some grownups will have to step in and try to stop what will be already unstoppable at that point.

Before that, of course, they'll try 0 interest rates and QE.

so basically you're suggesting there's still room to grow...
then why would you be dumb to invest in stock while waiting for IR to reach 0?

Investing in stocks is dumb in general. Just buy btc no broker fee scam middleman bullshit here just a tiny exchange fee until even that goes away
