I can't access my wallet using private key. After entering PK the access wallet button stays inactive. Is this service to trust my money to? What is better way to access my funds? I contacted support. No response yet.

unironically this, it looks to me like you dont have enough digits for your private key, if you post it here we will be able to tell you if you fucked up saving it or not.
but from your screenshot i think you fucked up and didnt save the whole key.
