Visit a doctor, but the cheap way is to put sone compressing fabric and some ice on it, but nit for too long. And let it rest, dobt hit the gym too early or you will just nake it worse.

I hated doing dead lifts because they aggravated an old back injury. Eventually I started doing them, but working up from extremely low weight. This did a lot to help fix my back pain. You might try something similar.

Ice if you just hurt it and it's swollen, otherwise apply heat with a soaked hot towel. Put epson salt in the water you soak it with if you can.

Hard to say what to do with your shoulder without knowing more about what exercise you were doing. Keep basic rules in mind: stretch, rest days, discomfort vs pain.

Most shoulder injuries are due to imbalance between front and rear delt. I bet you got it from benching. Have a look at a professional bodybuilder. Their rear delts are as big as their front delts. You need to strengthen the rear delt. Face pulls are the best exercise. They take a while to learn how to do correctly. Have a look at Athlean X channel on YouTube. Dont lean back when doing them. Remain upright. If you're doing facepulls right it will feel like your being pulled forward almost onto your tiptoes as you fo the movement. Good luck.
