Trezor VS Ledger

I want to know what you guys think is the best between these two. If you don't use ledger or trezor, what do you use? any good recommendation would be great

I prefer ledger because trezor makes you type shit into a browser

I use a toilet.

ledger is closed sourced
trezor is open sourced

the "hacks" need physical control of the wallet
best to use a multisig using all implementations of hardware wallets to diversify risk across all the best companies in the field

How do I paperwalltet shitty bnb tokens?

trezor model T is the best. I have both a ledger and trezor.
can you elaborate on this

This. Sketchy as fuck. Makes you type some of your seed words after updating. Literally why? The whole point of seed words is they're never supposed to be anywhere near an online computer.

dont you have to use chrome for ledgers tho?

This is why it's annoying that I have to use my seed words to access my Ledger wallet through MEWconnect. I just wanna check my erc20s on my phone since Ledger Live doesn't offer that. Why can't they just let me use he bluetooth feature?

Trezor’s are a rip-off

not anymore. it has it's own application now - no longer chrome.

Is their privacy clean? im a lil bit worried that they are closed source, but the ledger seems like a better option

both

brainlet who cut their paper wallet into 8 part or put it on their pc but "encoded"

which do you like more?

no problems for me for ~3 years.

I prefer the ledger but never put all your crypto all in one wallet

You don't have to do that anymore. There is an option for imputing your seed without exposing it to your computer.

It's obvious that Trezor is the best for altcoins because it's open source.
For Ethereum there is MEWconnect that works pretty much like Trezor.

What about BTC? I don't trust paper wallets, so maybe Armory on a PC that has no Internet access is the best solution?

split it into multiple wallet solutions. the chance to lose it all gets exponentially unlikely after the 1st of your wallet gets some unpredictable issue.

ledger/trezor/casa/smartphone + 2 separate hidden safes to store some keys

I prefer Trezor because I can price lock my stacks easily

> ledger
A big no. French are very good at scamming people and the fact that the source code is closed means there is a backdoor.
> casa
Never heard of that.
Also has any1 tried other hw wallets like KeepKey?

what's the last professional french scam that comes to your mind?

There needs to be a third wallet thing that uses blood biometrics.

Use dice to generate your own seed. Seriously. Theres youtube tutorials on it and it seems easy. Im prolly doing it soon for the lulz.

Smart contract wallet

>muh open source so it's better

Trezor + BitGo. Ledger from time to time, but have been using Trezor since the beginning.

Both require middleware in order to work
I use trezor because ledger is french tech
