At this very moment, Facebook is getting grilled by the House Financial Services Committee on every aspect of Libra's ecosystem. If they think a permissioned blockchain with mandatory KYC is scary, they have no clue what they're up against in the future.
Where Bitcoin is an immutable currency existing outside the law, Stakenet is a full-fledged immutable DEX and banking platform that exists outside the law. It will be impossible to shut down post-launch. It will never have KYC.

Governments and central banks still have no control over Bitcoin. The only thing that gives them some sort of authoritative edge are the centralized exchanges Bitcoin moves through.
CEXs can't be trusted to give a single fuck about the cypherpunk essense of crypto - full control of funds, immutability, privacy, at-will anonymity. They have no problem degrading all these things, especially considering the money they make off volume
It's definitely a "well I got mine" sort of approach. If it keeps going this way, the powers that be will only gain more control and influence over time.
The bankers and institutions are scared that crypto poses a threat to their power and they should be, times are changing and people are getting more informed.
They're definitely anxious, no doubt about it.
Price aside, we're still in a spot where blockchain can free us or enslave us and the next few years are unironically critical for Bitcoin.
If we sit back and slowly let centralized institutions get their hooks into permissionless blockchains by any means they can - tagging the masses, telling everyone how they can and cannot use them, and backing it up with the possible threat of violence or incarceration - we might as well stick to fiat.
Bitcoin was made to put us on a path towards sovereign individualism and Stakenet was made to restore BTCs integrity and give it a trading/banking platform that truly honors its nature.
So, what does Stakenet offer, that other crypto currencies don't? I don't really see why a small project like that would change anything!
Based shill typing like an AI
One-click private lightning atomic swaps between Bitcoin, Litecoin, and eventually Tether to name a few
A pure, immutable DEX that anyone can take ownership in, but no one can shut down - regulators included.
Full decentralized interoperability between ETH and EOS tokens. No placeholders.
If someone has a wallet on the exchange, it is their wallet - not the exchanges.
No accounts.
No KYC.
Here's The Cypherpunk Manifesto again. I'd encourage every user in crypto to read it if they haven't. It predicted the intrusive, dystopian tech companies of the present in 1993 and is the bedrock of Bitcoin's design.
How come it isn't on better exchanges? Building something like that seems solid, but I wonder why it isn't at Binance?
THIS THREAD HAS BEEN MADE WITH THE EXACT SAME QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ALL WEEK.
I’m already planning to buy this and loads of RSR after the official dip comes
Binance knows XSN exists. It's a part of V-label.
I don't enjoy shilling, user. I aim to quit when crypto is up to speed with XSN as you seem to be.
If you've read some of this, wouldn't you agree that what they're doing is considerably relevant and important for the future of this space?
I put about 700 usd into it
Cool man. I'm glad you have faith in the project.
I run 4 MNs. Most of them I bought this year during the dip.
Nice shill thread.
Call it whatever you want. Stakenet is building the future. Anyone with an IQ above 100 knows DEX's will be the GO TO place once every single centralized exchange asks for all your personal details just during the initial registration.
Stakenet is your chance to cash in on one of the best DEX solutions out there. Once it's running, even if the devs wanted to, they CAN'T take down the DEX, as you can't force down 2000+ masternodes All based in different countries and regions
Did my research on this one, and holy shit what a sleeper. Already set my buy orders, so if anyone wants to dump the price, feel free to do so
Fucking look at this faggot. Kys
How many other anons shill you The Cypherpunk Manifesto and The Sovereign Individual?
I'm from the US. We only have 8 weeks left until we're shut out of the biggest exchange. We're already shut out of a ton of others including OKEx.
Wouldn't you agree that Stakenet's DEX is a pretty damn good alternative to either handing your papers in or using YoBit and TradeSatoshi?
You're that confident?
Yes, and it still surprises me because I fell into it completely ass-backwards. I was one of those anons who spent all their ETH on PoSW Coin in April 2017. I watched it 8x, made the rookie move of being too greedy, and then watched it dump. By the summer of 2017, ETH mooned like crazy and every user seemed to be making 5x's on a daily basis while PoSW was in a smoking crater. I grew to loathe the coin.
Jump to the end of 2017 and the X9 Devs completely took the coin over from the PoSW dev team and did a swap.
Ironically, it put me in a great spot to follow XSN from the start. I was very impressed with all the work they did through 2018, but for most of last year, MNs were outside my price range. Once the price dropped after the entire market capitulated, I started buying as much as I could with the intent to hold until the end of 2021 at the very earliest.
If they can deal with the liquidity issue almost every DEX have, they'll be a true winner I believe. Huge problem on most DEX's is you need to either register, or sync with their network, making them a pain in the ass to use.
Got 11 MNs but never took a part of the shillings cause I'm too lazy to spoonfeed some room temperature IQ retards who can't read a whitepaper. Just DYOR people, if someone is telling you to buy then he is a moron and you shouldn't listen to him.
Know your shit before buying anything not only crypto.
Yours, future whale.
WHY are you THIS confident in the project? That's a huge amount of money to have invested in such a new project
Cringe, enjoy losing your money.
I want everyone to know that the exchange is coming. That's my only goal.
Otherwise, do not buy XSN if you haven't read the whitepaper.
This is a long-term project and, like anything else, requires some research to make a well-planned move. If you're looking for a pump and dump, look elsewhere.
Don't feel like spoonfeeding user just DYOR.
Time will tell nigger.
From what I've heard, the Windows and Android builds should be coming out very shortly.
When they come out, I'll see what I can do to showcase the wallet and what makes it so worthwhile to check out.
I'll keep an eye on it as well, can't wait to check it out! You should be able to change themes as well from what I've read, fucking awesome
>themes
Sounds fun and kind of old-school unless you're talking basic night mode/day mode. I didn't know that was going to be an option.
Its really not. Its just 1 bitcorn worth of money. With the link pumps you should at least be at 10 btc right now. Did you buy link like we told you right?
What platforms do you use to buy LINK?
Stakenet's exchange will have full ERC20 compatibility and a DEX Aggregator to pool the orderbooks of multiple DEXs together.
I bought all my stack at eth delta before binance launched the pair. Been swinging my linkies since then at binance. A decent swing=another xsn mn for me. And I wont stop since link will crab between 24k and 27k for some time.
Also have 17k link left, i wish i sold all my xsn for link before the pump just so i could get more MNs, But still comfy af.
Cool. Are you a fellow burger or are you safe to keep trading on Binance for now?
I'm hoping we can make the finest of 5-star accommodations for our customers so that they wouldn't want to use any other platform.
Will also buy a t least 1MNs worth the next days.
Are your 11 MNs running already? Do you host them from home or got VPS rented out?
user I definitely recommend Masternodes-as-a-Service. It's painless to set up, you pay for the service directly in XSN, and it lets you run several MNs trustlessly from one wallet.
youtube.com
There's also a MN monitoring service embedded into the Stakenet Cloud site. I open my wallet maybe once a month to make sure that the MNs are still running healthy. So far, it's been a little over 2 months with no troubles.
Will look into it desu
Anons, now that ETH and EOS are confirmed, what other dApp platforms would you eventually like to see be implemented into Stakenet's interoperability mesh?
Cool
Binance Chain is already on the table
Binance DEX isn't a real DEX user. It's region-blocked
I'll give this one more bump if any anons have some questions about Stakenet. I'm happy to help. Otherwise, I'll see you tomorrow.
Here's a new infograph explaining how the MNs will split up their jobs. What do you guys think?
I know but I wasn’t on about Binance DEX and the DEX Aggregator I was on about integrating Binance chain same as Ethereum and EOS into XSN’s interchain mesh
Bro, I like the idea, I have a 10k stack. But you have got to stop posting like 20 times in your own threads. It makes this shit seem like a scam, and you like a pajeet shill.
You are literally doing immeasurable damage with your autism. And I'm saying that as someone who agrees with you. Real Dex's, not some company like IDEX that changes at the first sign of trouble, are going to be necessary. Anonymous coin swaps are going to be necessary. But you have GOT to chill out. Post one, maybe two posts per thread. If it doesn't catch on, so be it.
I am being completely serious when I say that your threads have made me more worried about hodling this coin than anything else including FUDs.
Doesn't Binance Chain use placeholders like BTCB though? Is the interoperability native to each respective platform?
You're free to see it that way. I'm just one user acting on my own. I don't have anything to do with the team. Would you rather me not post when anons come into the thread asking questions about how it works and no one responds to them?
I posted one thread on Monday and one thread today. Why is it a problem when so many other things shilled on Jow Forums have like 8 threads going at the same time?
I also feel like you, the shilling in the beginning was horrible af. But at least now he's just answering questions, no 'get in' or price talking.
Fellow user tuning in.
The shilling last weekend was a little over the top with like 2-3 threads constantly bumped non stop.
As long as I don't see any price talk I don't mind, but the stupid pajeet shilling faggots writing capslock texts in green with capslock and what not is hurting the project more than anything. Their choice though.
I really don't pay much attention to coins being shilled here unless there is actually some decent information shared, that doesn't try to convince me to buy in.
This thread is fine, don't see nothing wrong with it
is this book worth reading?
CZ has basically said you will need to use a VPN to access Binance Dex from regulated countries.
The real long term vision of crypto is decentralized to the point of being impossible to regulate. A DEX is not a real DEX if it's centralized behind a company that can be held accountable for violating regs.
