I've used hotbit and didn't have any issues. I transferred about $100 in BTC over to a wallet there once and the transaction showed up. However, wallet didn't get credited. I figured I lost my BTC but opened a tech support ticket with them. They were very professional and resolved the issue in several hours (Wallet was credited).

I just cannot understand how people don't have basic intelligence level to understand that idex doesn't give that much shit about securities and shit. If only thing they require for KYC is a fake name and a fake address it's very likely that it's enough that somebody have given a valid statement that project x is not a security and they are good to go.
