tell me about YOUR failed datamining project

in like 2013 i made an ebook and got it ranking in google using a program called search engine ranker, basically it blasts spam links at your website to help it rank

it worked at first, i was up to nearly $30/day before google released an algorithmic update and i lost 99.9% of my traffic overnight, tried to fix the site but it never ranked again

tried similar projects using only 'white hat seo' but nothing ever worked, my rankings always sucked

we cant have one god damn thread about business eh? everyones just here to 'get rich quick' ie. lose their money in some PnD crypto scam

Had a little side gig doing pressure washing of grease hoods and steam cleaning carpets in restaurants. Would scrape gum off sidewalks, that kind of thing. Then my partner and "friend" had the big light bulb to try and cook meth in the van I had bought to lug equipment around. The fire didn't kill him, but he's 90% blind and on oxygen all day now. Gotta love love love my taxes going to keep his worthless ass alive.
Pretty sure that this was what those Uncle Fester guides were trying to accomplish.

I was running a CBD store for a year after it was legalized in my country (Poland).
Clients loved it, but there wasn't much of them, mostly rich people.
It would've been good if it wasn't for the fact that Poland is literally too poor for this sort of merchandise.

People were mostly buying the oils and vape juice.
Nevertheless, it was too expensive to keep it running unfortunately.
It feels like it's a good business opportunity, but not in this country, 9/10 clients just came, looked at the prices and then ashamedly admitted that they were only looking and left, kek.

Haven't talked to him in almost 15 years. He's got a nice little life, I guess. Trailer, fat wife, government assistance. He fucked me over so badly, though. The criminal investigation was the least of it. I was a subcontractor and basically my name became poison. Not only did I lose the van, I got stuck with hazmat cleanup. My "buddy" tried to get me to pay his medical bills, but at least that got laughed out of court. Still had to pay a lawyer $500, though. Which was a little more than what I cleared in a month from that job. Fuck tweakers. Walter White can suck my meaty dick.

Which one? Lol I've tried several obscure businesses that failed, or weren't lucrative in the end, so I just shut them down. Don't get me wrong, several made some money, but it wasn't enough to mess with in my opinion.
