I keep getting fatter for some reason. I try to eat less but my miserable wagie life makes me hungry. Am I full boomer mode now? I have money for food and want to save to invest more, but I need to buy new clothes now. How do I get back to frugal mode? How do I focus?

You have to have the strength to be disciplined & say no to yourself - you have to be in a place where you have enough motivation to deny yourself things for a better future. If you're waging chances are you won't have the strength. Eating food that's bad but tastes good can sometimes be what gets you through a day. i started a diet sunday, ive lost 5lb's since then. ive been drinking nothing but pic related.
no onions, no gluten, no milk. each contains 25% of almost all daily vitamins, 25g of protien per drink. drink 4 a day. buy in bulk is around 2$ per drink.

Its not recommended to solely drink them. I was in perfect health other than being fat but ive noticed i feel different. not good or bad. just different.

once my weight drop slows down i will probably start using them as intended but right now the willpower is still strong and ive noticed i can walk uphill alot better. the hunger isnt that bad, they are filling and high in fiber.

Practice intermittent fasting. It's a very healthy thing to do both mentally and physically.
Hit the gym before or after work. If you haven't worked out in a gym before and you're nervous about it, just know that no one at the gym cares. Everyone is there for the same thing - fitness or sex. Gym chads are usually pretty helpful. They can give you good tips and pointers.
When you do eat, I recommend following it up with a good mix of vitamins once a day if you can remember.
My mix is a multivite (A-K plus Iron, Mag), Zinc, a B-Complex, Potassium, and Omega 3/6/9s (they're amazing for digestive health)
